Preventing youth substance use and promoting good mental health for all

At Tri-County, we are leading youth down the road to success. Using open conversations, we provide information and support to parents, schools and community partners.

Tri-County operates the Southern Providence County (SPC) Prevention Coalition in partnership with several community stakeholders. The SPC Prevention Coalition serves the the towns of Cranston, Johnston, North Providence, Scituate, Smithfield, and is comprised of representatives from the schools, substance use and mental health organizations, municipalities, youth services, law enforcement and health care. The Coalition works to establish community action plans to promote emotional health and wellness for youth, and to deliver substance use prevention tips and strategies.
