COVID-19

Protecting the health of our community
As Rhode Island continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to providing the critical services that are needed by the communities we serve. We follow all social distancing and masking guidelines as set forth by the RI Department of Health, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
All Tri-County Health Center and program staff are encouraged to receive vaccination against COVID-19. To date, 100% of Health Center employees are fully vaccinated.
Currently, Tri-County buildings are open for in-person visits, and many programs offer appointments virtually, or via phone if clients prefer. Masks are required to be worn by employees and visitors in common areas of our buildings, including fully vaccinated individuals.

However, for those with health insurance, we will bill your health plan for this service.
Tri-County is now administering the Pfizer and Moderna booster vaccines (or third dose) for the following individuals who are 6 months or more past receiving their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or who are 2 months or more past receiving their first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
